Even if <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.pdc.tv\/QSchool\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u>Q School<\/u><\/a> doesn\u2019t work out for you and you dont get your tour card there\u2019s the challenge tour to enjoy all year with opportunities to make it to the biggest of stages.<\/p><p>Anyone, Ive devised a workout routine that works along the lines of gym training. When your gym training split is on point your see the difference quick and when you keep consistent with your training splits you will see an increase in strength, now apply this to darts and your average will increase no end if you stay consistence and dedicated to the game<\/p><p><\/p><\/blockquote><p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3TjWKkY\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u><br \/><img src=\"https:\/\/images.teemill.com\/mxenhdxgxx6f63fgv3h19u3rarbxsqhykuimvkoftdvwrder.jpg.jpg?w=1140&amp;v=2\" alt=\"unicorn smart dart board. The future of darts and dart boards.\" \/><\/u><\/a><\/p><p><\/p><h2><u>Gym Styled Workout Schedule<\/u><\/h2><p>For this program I am going to devise it like a <strong>gym training workout split<\/strong> routine program and I wont skip leg day either, leg day is the most important just like gym training.<\/p><p>Practice practice practice, they say 10,000 hours of training\/practice makes you an expert in that field, get on the board and get those hours in NOW, you wont regret it. Follow this plan to become a force on the<strong> OCHE <\/strong>against any level of player.<\/p><h2><u>BACK DAY TRAINING = DOUBLES DAY<\/u><\/h2><h3>GAMES<\/h3><ul><li><p><strong><u>AROUND THE CLOCK WARM UP AND BACK ON DOUBLES <\/u><\/strong>- Get the day started with nice around the clock game to get the throwing arm in sync. Trebles dont count just one dart per segment but start game again if miss a number.<\/p><p>Once finished come back around the clock on doubles starting on D20 - D1 then finish with the BULLSEYE - Dont start again if miss, just keep throwing until hit the double.<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>2 DART FINISHES x 5 <\/u><\/strong>- Starting with 41 you must check out in one visit to get point, add 3 (44)and go again for 5 different checkouts.<\/p><p>The next time you are doing doubles then start with 42, then 43 the next time and so forth<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>3 DART FINISHES x 3<\/u><\/strong> - 99 is the first of the 3 dart checkouts. Start with score then choose your next 4 targets, make it semi difficult or its pointless and just keep going until you\u2019ve hit 3 3 dart checkouts<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>BULLSEYE GAME<\/u><\/strong> - First dart at bullseye and then finish the score off if you miss the bull with first dart, if hit bullseye with first dart then you can get a bonus point for pinging your favourite double first dart. Complete 10 lots of 50 finishes (Bull First)<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>THE DOUBLES GAME <\/u><\/strong>- 3 darts at each double on the board and simply add up the scores as you go. 3 double 1s is 6, then add that onto the number of double 2s hit. If you miss move on and keep track of your score<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"\/product\/the-impossible-dartbaord-jigsaw-puzzle\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><u><img src=\"https:\/\/images.teemill.com\/av1tdfjywi9aqchqrn4tfehep3fxdblvmkcuqbbmcyoskes7.jpeg.jpeg?w=1140&amp;v=2\" alt=\"flaming dartboard jigsaw puzzle from TGD The Gym Days\" title=\"flaming dartboard jigsaw puzzle from TGD The Gym Days\" \/><\/u><\/a><\/p><h2><u>CHEST DAY TRAINING = TREBLES<\/u><\/h2><h3>GAMES<\/h3><ul><li><p><strong><u>AROUND THE CLOCK WARM UP AND BACK ON THE TREBLES<\/u><\/strong> - Same as doubles day simply go around the clock without missing and then come back around the board but only on trebles. Must hit the treble to move on, dont have to start again if miss a treble.<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>180s GAME <\/u><\/strong>- The classic 180 game. Simply aim for each treble and with 3 darts get as many of that treble as possible and add the scores up. If you hit all trebles it adds up to 180, this score will very rarely be hit but then again no one expected that magical 9 dart leg from Michael smith in the PDC world championship final against MVG.<\/p><p>100 is a respectable score.<\/p><p>repeat 3 times and, always try and beat your last score. Add all 3 scores up and work out your average for that training session.<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>360 ON 20s <\/u><\/strong><u>-<\/u> This is a fun game and will test your nerve. Simply aim for the treble 20. Only darts in the treble 20 count and if any dart goes outside the 20 then you start again. Darts in the 20 segments dont count towards your score but dont end the game either, Only add the 60s until youve hit 300.<\/p><p>Do this 3 times. You soon wont be missing the 20 segments at all.<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>342 ON 19s <\/u><\/strong>- Same as the previous game but on 19s.<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>324 ON 18s <\/u><\/strong>- Same as previous but on 18s<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>BEST OF 9 - 401<\/u><\/strong> - Using a scoring app or the new unicorn dart smartboard with the Bluetooth scoring app, play against an AI and set the average to 80 - 90<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p><\/p><p><img src=\"https:\/\/images.teemill.com\/d0cb0pkyjnjud8de71bvybs7iwwv73e08y2f5pfeuun7yt5y.jpg.jpg?w=1140&amp;v=2\" alt=\"personally trained collection from TGD The Gym Days. Graffiti art style image\" \/><\/p><h2><u>LEG DAY TRAINING = COMPLETE WORKOUT<\/u><\/h2><h3>GAMES<\/h3><ul><li><p><strong><u>AROUND THE WORLD<\/u><\/strong> - Same principle as around the clock or around the board but this time we put all the hard work together.<\/p><p>start the same way, dont miss a segment, one dart at each and if miss start again, once completed come back around on the double (doesn\u2019t matter if you miss, keep going until you hit and then back around on the trebles finishing up with 5 games of bullseye.<\/p><p>That\u2019s around the world<\/p><p><\/p><\/li><li><p><strong><u>60 AND ON CHECKOUTS <\/u><\/strong>- Starting on 60, check out with 3 darts and then add 9 and do it again until you\u2019ve check out 135.
