Ideal for building lower body strength and core stability.<\/span><\/p><p>You have 30 days to increase your Squat by 20%, but make sure you are using the correct form and you dont injure yourself, I am not liable for any injury claims. If your new to the gym then the goal here to get used to squatting and using the correct form. Tag me in videos on X and I can let you know if your form is good and im sure others will let you know too. If your intermediate to advanced then aim for a 20% increase in 30 days.
