Mental health is not something to joke about, it is with out doubt one of the toughest challenges humans will face if they are unlucky enough to suffer from mental health.

We started dating back in 2012 when she brushed past my shoulder and we both stopped and looked at each other and from that moment on I spent pretty much every day with her through thick and thin. We battled the lows together and had many great times through the highs.

She was my rock and will always be with me, Some people may not believe that they are watching over you from the spirit world but like a wise old man told me once ‘no one knows what happens after its what you believe that matters’ and that stuck with me and its true, no one knows, no one has ever died and come back a week later to tell their story of the other side. If it creates peace in your heart that a loved one carries on after and looks after you leaving little signs for you to pick up and grab hold off. Its only been 8 days and already things have happened that I believe have happened because of Laura.

What happens after you die.

No one actually knows what happen when you pass away, no one has come back and said this is what happens we just believe what we believe. I am one of those who believes life carries on once the deceased have gone. I was very unfortunate to have found my wife who committed suicide and I was the one that found her hanging from our stairs. Nothing can prepare you for this finding, nothing can help you get ready for this and nothing anyone can say will make it easier after the fact.

Its been 5 months now and life is so hard and you just keep remembering all the good times and all the bad time but instinctively the bad times out weight the good times.

You have to try and fight through these emotions to come out the other side but nothing is easy,

I was once told grief is like a ball in a box, one day the ball is large and hits every button with every minute that goes by and they the next day the ball might be small and misses every button in the box. You really do have to take the rough with the smooth in this situation and no life experience will help you through this unless it has happened before and even then I bet it is just as hard as the first time..

Understanding Mental Health.

How can we understand mental health, it is a killer. It is just the same as getting cancer or getting a life threatening condition. In my personal opinion mental health is the worst condition you can be diagnosed with. You cant bandage it, you cant explain exactly what is going on in your head and you genuinely cant cope with it until you have the right support and the right guidance to help try and cope with this condition. Getting the right help is the hardest battle of mental health. Everyone one reacts different to the condition even if its the same condition,

Coping with mental Health

Caring for mental health

The effects of mental health on those around you

Coping with mental health can be tough and you feel alone.
