Ive been training for many years on and off and built up and tolerance to being in the gym for a couple few hours at a time with many reps and sets completed I walk out.<\/p><p>It wasn\u2019t until I went to work with a roofer that I realised my strength and stamina are good for lifting static weights but when it came to working and carrying continuously I was very tired and worn out to put it nicely. The rolls of felt where lighter than what I lift in the gym but its not a barbell or dumbbell its shaped different and you carry it different using muscles you only thought possible with an AI images.<\/p><p>It wasn\u2019t until this day that i realised that there is a huge difference to being gym fit and being work fit.
